Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, or you are not happy with the product quality. Please email us as soon as possible at aj@realplaykids.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
We accept return request within 7 days of receipt, if the item is unused and in its original packaging, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at aj@realplaykids.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Bottom line we treat customers like we would want to be treated and will work to make you happy.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Refunds
Once a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
